We accept requests of reproductions of materials from our collections, both from the library and the archival collections. Below you will find all necessary information.
- We deliver reproductions within 2 weeks from that the request has been made.
- All requests are dealt with through mail or telephone to our Research Desk.
General information about fees
- There’s always an administrative fee of 25 SEK.
- We always charge a copy fee.
- We separate commercial and private, non-profit use.
We charge a user fee for commerical use. Private or scientific use, or for historical publications for organisations, other non-profit associations, public popular culture education (“folkbildning”) are however not charged with this particular fee.
What you ultimately pay for the file is our fees plus those that a potential copyright holder requires.
Fees for high resolution copies in digital format

|It is your responsability as a requester to investigate copy right as well as permissions of usage.
In the cases where we own the copy right, we will let you know. We have no extra charge as copy righ holders.

If you wish paper copies of photographs, we will forward your order to a photographer (with own price list). We however deliver digital files by:
- E-mail – If files are no more than 25 MB
- FTP – Instructions will be given
