The Rudolf Meidner Award for research on the history of the trade union movement is awarded annually by the Research Council at the Swedish Labour Movement’s Archives and Library.
The prize was instituted on 23 June 1994 by the Swedish Labour Movement’s Archives and Library to commemorate the 80th birthday of Professor Rudolf Meidner, Chairman of the Research Council 1981-2006. The award amounts to 25.000 SEK.
